The RN applies evidence-based practice, incorporates nursing and regulatory standards, and participates in quality improvement initiatives. This position also involves supporting shared governance, demonstrating effective communication, and promoting a culture of safety. The role requires the ability to provide age-appropriate care and demonstrate knowledge of growth and development across the lifespan.
