About The Position

What you will work: Day shift, variable start time. No weekends or holidays. What you will need: Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan, BSN preferred Current BLS Current ACLS and PALS or completion of this certification within 1 year of hire into the position. Previous nursing clinical experience required. What you will do: Collect and document comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health and the situation Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized for the patient and the situation Formulates, communicates, and documents nursing diagnosis based on assessment of health data collected. Assumes responsibility to develop, communicate, and document a plan of care that prescribes nursing actions to achieve expected patient outcomes. Assumes responsibility to implement, communicate, & document the interventions identified in the plan of care. Requirements
