About The Position

Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice in Same Day Surgery.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required
• Current RN license in state of practice
• BCLS required
• ACLS and PALS required within 6 months of hire
• Critical thinking and decisive judgment
• ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment
• proficiency navigating multiple clinical software systems
• effective English communication (read, write, speak, and understand)
• ability to complete Skills Competency Checklist within 90 days of hire

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
• 1 year of experience in Medical/Surgical or Surgery Nursing - Preferred
