This is a full-time Registered Nurse position in the Outpatient Interventional Nephrology department at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. The nurse will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care, involving patients and families throughout the continuum of care.
