Join our Orthopedic Spine Unit, where you’ll care for patients recovering from complex procedures and play a vital role in restoring mobility and quality of life. Our 12-week Nurse Residency Program is designed to support RNs with less than one year of experience as you transition confidently into practice. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience
• Active Registered Nurse license in South Carolina or compact state
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association

• BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality patient care in a specialized orthopedic spine setting
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery
• Provide emotional support and advocacy for patients and their loved ones
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
