Requirements

• An associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Possession of a valid license to practice nursing in the State of Maryland: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) OR Registered Nurse (RN)
• Two years of direct job related experience.
• A driver’s license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Helping clients achieve their treatment goals in partnership with the treatment team.
• Communicating and coordinating services with outside medical providers.
• Overseeing medication management under the direction of the team prescriber.
• Developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients, their support system, community agencies, and the Sheppard Pratt organization to provide comprehensive direct care.
