Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Night Shift

We are currently seeking compassionate, dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide exceptional care to our residents in a supportive long-term care environment. Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license in West Virginia.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- CPR certification is required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
- Must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assess resident conditions and identify significant changes in health status.
- Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members regarding resident care needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist and support RNs, LPNs, nursing assistants, and restorative aides.
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards, state and federal regulations, and facility policies.
- Participate in care planning, documentation, and physician order reviews.
- Respond effectively to resident concerns, emergencies, and changing conditions.
- Promote a positive, resident-centered culture focused on dignity, safety, and quality care.
