About The Position

Matrix Home Care is seeking an experienced Bilingual - English/Spanish Registered Nurse (RN) for an immediate weekend night shift private duty/home care case in the Opa-Locka/Miami area. This is a one-on-one skilled nursing opportunity for an RN who is comfortable providing care in the home setting during overnight hours. Requirements

• Previous home care or private duty nursing experience is required
• Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or LPN license in good standing
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Comfortable working overnight shifts
• Reliable transportation
• Availability to work 12-hour shifts
• Professional, dependable, and patient-focused approach to care

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the patient’s home
• Monitor the patient throughout the overnight shift
• Follow the patient’s plan of care
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and care needs overnight
• Report any changes in condition to the clinical team
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Communicate with the family, caregivers, and clinical team as needed
• Maintain a professional and compassionate care environment
