About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in a fast-paced surgical environment. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Operating Room experience
- Active RN license (state-specific or compact, as applicable)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
Nice To Haves
- Experience in ENT (Adult & Pediatric) specialties
- Experience in Facial Plastics specialties
- Experience in General Surgery specialties
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room across various surgical procedures
- Prepare and maintain a sterile environment before, during, and after surgery
- Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures
- Monitor patient condition and respond promptly to changes
- Ensure accurate documentation of surgical procedures and patient care
- Adhere to all safety protocols, infection control standards, and hospital policies
