Our BMC Inpatient Operating Rooms offer support and comes fully equipped to help you do what YOU do best, provide care for our patients! This unit has a highly experienced team that supports 24 new state of the art inpatient/outpatient operating rooms and 8 heart and vascular and neurology interventional procedure rooms, performing surgical procedures to restore and enhance the lives of patients. This unit operates 24/7 with coverage and support expectations of weekends and off-shift rotations at least quarterly. Baystate Medical Center is known as a teaching hospital that leads in surgical innovation. Requirements
- Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification required.
- Minimum 1 year RN experience required.
- Diploma in Nursing (Required)
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
- Registered Nurse - State of Massachusetts
