Additionally, they will actively participate in training, orientation, and mentoring of staff, facilitating education on service line clinical, administrative, legal, and financial requirements. The role also includes maintaining par levels for special equipment and supply orders specific to the service line, ensuring accurate and timely charges for surgeon preference cards, and coordinating capital and non-capital budget needs with the clinical manager. The specialist will also attend and participate in clinical facilitator meetings.
