About The Position

Provides comprehensive patient-centered care by performing clinical interventions such as medication administration, treatments, and specimen collection, while accurately documenting care and monitoring patient conditions. Communicates effectively with the care team, patients, and families, assists with activities of daily living, and collaborates across disciplines to support care coordination, discharge planning, and psychosocial needs. Educates patients and families based on individualized needs and advocates for patient rights, safety, and overall well-being. Demonstrates leadership at the point of care by delegating tasks, supervising staff, maintaining clear communication with leadership and interdisciplinary teams, and fostering positive relationships. Upholds ethical and legal standards, adapts to changing workloads, utilizes technology effectively, supports staff development through precepting, and maintains a strong focus on service excellence and patient-centered care. You’ll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.

Requirements

  • Current state RN license
  • Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school
  • Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire
  • ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate
  • Become Biotherapy Certified within 2 years
