National Jewish Health in the Infusion & Testing Services Department is seeking an Infusion/Allergy Procedure RN to join their team. The selected candidate will perform highly specialized Infusions and allergy testing on patients. The IV infusions include medications such as IVIG, Rituximab, iron, and more. The allergy testing will include, but not limited to drug desensitization & challenges, allergy rush procedures, and food challenges. Successful candidates in this role will display critical thinking and hands-on patient skills by starting IV's, assessing patients during treatments, and quickly responding to reactions that may arise during allergy procedures. You will also be able to cross-train to the oncology infusion to learn chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments. This position offers a desirable schedule of no nights, holidays or weekends! The selected candidate will be expected to float between the National Jewish Health Main Campus, Northern Hematology-Oncology, and Western Hematology-Oncology locations.
