About The Position

This is an After-hours Hospice RN position for Weeknights, Monday-Thursday. The role is salaried and full-time, covering on-call duties from 5 pm - 8 am Monday through Thursday, ending Friday morning at 8 am. The nurse will be a voice for patients, communicating with patients, families, and the hospice care team, serving as a patient advocate to ensure quality care. Support will be provided by a 24/7 RN staffed Triage Department and the local hospice team. Requirements

A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse.
2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.

Nice To Haves

Hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities
