Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing - new grads welcome!
- Successful completion of nurse residency upon hire, if applicable.
- CT RN license required upon starting
- Certified BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Must be able to effectively communicate information in English.
Responsibilities
- Assessment
- Treatment planning
- Medication management
- Patient education
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
