Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Manager
About The Position
The Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing nursing operations within an assigned unit, including supervision of nursing staff, ensuring adherence to clinical policies and standards, and collaborating with leadership to optimize patient care delivery. The Rehabilitation Hospital of Montana is a state-of-the-art, 34-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced the debilitating effects of a severe injury or illness. Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, individualized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. We strive to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program
- Current state license as Registered Nurse
- CPR/BCLS certification
- Two (2) years of rehab nursing experience
Nice To Haves
- BSN
- ACLS
- CRRN
- Six (6) months’ Medical/Surgical experience
- Six (6) months to One (1) Rehabilitation experience
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience
