About The Position

Come join our team at the Home with a Heart - the Emmanuel Center at Maria Joseph Continuing Care Community! We are currently hiring Nursing Supervisors with new higher rates! Position Overview: As a Nursing Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for our residents. You will oversee all nursing and resident care during your shift, coordinate clinical services, support staff, and help ensure that both resident outcomes and organizational goals are achieved. This role also includes oversight of all employees within the building during your shift. Responsibilities

Oversee all nursing and resident care during your shift
Coordinate clinical services
Support staff
Ensure that both resident outcomes and organizational goals are achieved
Oversight of all employees within the building during your shift
