The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients. The staff RN utilizes the nursing process by use of technology, therapeutic intervention, evidence-based practice and coordination of care with other health team members. This Nurse Residency Program is designed for RNs with less than one year of experience and provides the tools and support needed to build clinical confidence and competence. The program offers structured clinical training, hands-on experience, and dedicated mentorship. It is designed for New Graduate RNs graduating in fall or winter 2026/2027, with a start date of March 4, 2027.
