This posting is for all new graduate RNs completing their program by Spring 2026. As a new graduate RN, you’ll join a mission-driven team dedicated to making communities healthier while building the foundation for a long, successful nursing career. The Nurse Residency Program is a year-long cohort with fellow new graduate nurses, offering CEs for your first licensure renewal, a dedicated clinical preceptor throughout orientation, participation in simulation experiences, rotations through specialty areas, and ongoing mentorship from a nurse educator. You’ll make an impact by delivering safe, evidence-based care with the support of experienced preceptors, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to shape exceptional patient experiences, leveraging advanced technology and clinical tools to support patient well-being, and participating in structured learning, simulation, and specialty rotations. You will build confidence and competence through hands-on practice and mentorship. Wilson Medical Center offers the perfect balance of hands-on learning and a supportive, close-knit culture where new nurses thrive. Our 294-bed facility has served Wilson County and surrounding communities for more than 55 years, offering services in orthopedics, cardiology, general surgery, women’s care, emergency medicine, imaging, and more. Wilson Medical Center is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network spanning 29 states with a mission of Making Communities Healthier. We believe success is achieved through talented people, and we are committed to creating workplaces where employees can grow, thrive, and build meaningful careers.
