About The Position
Frye Regional Medical Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 18-Bed Medical Surgical Unit. As part of Lifepoint Health, we are committed to prioritizing your well-being to enable you to provide exceptional care. This role is ideal for new graduates looking to begin their nursing career with structured support through our comprehensive 12-month Nurse Residency Program. This program is designed to guide your growth, strengthen your skills, and build confidence in delivering patient care through three key phases: clinical competence, culture transition, and leadership development. You will be automatically enrolled and paid throughout all phases, benefiting from flexible, self-paced learning, dedicated one-on-one preceptor support, exposure to key topics, and completion of a Capstone project.
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited nursing school
- Active North Carolina RN license (single-state) or compact required. If relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins.
- Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
