The New Graduate RN Residency Program at Banner Health, accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Practice Transition Accreditation Program® (PTAP), offers a collaborative learning environment for new graduates to transition into competent, professional nurses. This full-time Registered Nurse position places successful candidates in specific units at Banner Health facilities, where they receive clinical mentorship from unit staff and educators. The program provides multiple career pathways and development opportunities, with an expectation for new nurses to remain on their assigned unit for at least 12 months for comprehensive training. New Grads must live within a reasonable commute distance of their facility and typically work three 12-hour shifts, including weekend and holiday rotations. This specific role is for an Adult Acute Care – Renal Diabetic Registered Nurse (RN) within a Level 1 Trauma designated hospital. RNs on this unit are trained in peritoneal dialysis and provide specialized care for adult patients with general medical diagnoses requiring renal and diabetic care.
