About The Position

Frye Regional Medical Center is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network with facilities coast to coast. At Lifepoint Health, as a New Graduate RN, you’ll be supported every step of the way as you begin your nursing career. Our evidence-based Nurse Residency Program provides hands-on, structured support to help you transition from a new graduate to a confident, competent registered nurse. You’ll be automatically enrolled in our comprehensive 12-month program, structured across three key phases: clinical competence, culture transition, and leadership development. Each phase is thoughtfully designed to guide your growth, strengthen your skills, and build confidence in delivering patient care. You’ll benefit from paid participation throughout all phases of the program, flexible, self-paced learning through engaging modules and knowledge checks, dedicated one-on-one support from a trained preceptor to help you build clinical skills and transition to managing your own patient assignments, exposure to key topics such as patient safety, communication, healthcare business, and change management, and completion of a Capstone project focused on evidence-based practice, with guidance and support every step of the way.

Requirements

  • Degree from an accredited nursing school
  • RN Licensure
  • BCLS
