About The Position
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join a Neuro Trauma ICU team that cares for some of the most complex neurological and trauma patients in the region. Requirements
- RN license in Texas (or compact state)
- ADN or Nursing Diploma
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience or completion of an RN Residency Program
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- CPI certification within 30 days of hire

- BSN
- ICU nursing experience
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care utilizing the nursing process
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Deliver care to critically ill neurological and trauma patients
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain continuity of care during shift changes and patient transfers
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and care needs
- Follow age-specific safety, infection prevention, and quality standards
