About The Position

As a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal ICU at Riddle Hospital, you will be an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team, providing care and treatment to critically ill newborns. You will be working within a level II Neonatal ICU unit, with physicians from CHOP. This role offers opportunities for professional development through MLH Education & Development Classes, ongoing feedback, and career development discussions with your manager. You are encouraged to get involved in hospital and system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program. Requirements

• One year(s) of recent acute Neonatal ICU experience required.
• PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
• NRP certification.
• Must wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.

Nice To Haves

• Two plus year of NICU experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• RN Diploma, ASN required
