About The Position

As a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal ICU at Bryn Mawr Hospital, you will be an integral part of an Interdisciplinary Team working within a 14-bed unit. You will provide care and treatment to ill newborns, contributing significantly to their patient experience. Our unit is a level III NICU supported by CHOP physicians. This role offers opportunities for career development through certifications and advanced nursing degrees, with a Tuition Reimbursement Program providing up to $6,000 annually. You can also become engaged by joining hospital and system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program. Requirements

• One year(s) of recent acute care neonatal ICU nurse experience required.
• RN Diploma, ASN required.
• PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
• NRP

Nice To Haves

• One or more years of NICU experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
