About The Position

We are a 30-bed Medical Intensive Care Unit. Our patient population consists of adult and geriatric medical and surgical critical care patients. We care for patients that require ventilators, central lines, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), mass blood transfusions, Targeted Temperature Management (TTM), and more! The MICU staffs and trains the facilities rapid response team. We maintain an operational Unit Practice Council (UPC) dedicated to enhancing the unit's policies and procedures, thereby optimizing workflow and elevating patient outcomes.
