About The Position

St. Mary’s Regional Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for their Med-Surg department. This is a full-time position with night shifts, working three 12-hour shifts per week. The role involves providing compassionate care to patients, assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety in a collaborative environment focused on high-quality patient care. The RN will utilize specialized plan-of-care interventions and serve as a patient-care innovator, leveraging skills and technology to impact patient wellbeing.

Requirements

• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• One year previous experience preferred.
• Active Arkansas or compact state RN license required. If relocating, licensure must be updated to new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins.
• Associate's Degree required.
