Requirements

• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Active Arkansas or compact state RN license required. If relocating, licensure must be updated to new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins.
• Associate's Degree required.

Nice To Haves

• One year previous experience preferred
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Play an essential role in delivering safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, providers, and other members of the healthcare team to assess patient needs, provide timely interventions, communicate changes in condition, and support positive patient outcomes.
