About The Position

As a Registered Nurse on the 14-bed Med/Surg unit at Riddle Hospital, you will be an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team, providing care and treatment to patients. This role offers opportunities for professional development, including pursuing certifications or advanced nursing degrees through a Tuition Reimbursement Program, and engagement in hospital and system-wide committees, unit councils, research projects, precepting, and the Clinical Ladder program. Requirements

• 1 year of Recent RN experience required; acute care experience highly preferred.
• RN Diploma, ASN required.
• PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and treatment to Med/Surg patients.
• Participate in an Interdisciplinary Team.
• Engage in hospital & system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program.
