Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital and Inland Valley Hospital are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) with at least 1 year of experience for their Med/Surg/Tele unit in an Acute Care facility. The New to Acute Med/Surg/Tele Program includes 8 weeks of didactics, hands-on learning, and clinical preceptorship. This program is designed to support nurses transitioning into an acute care setting. Full-time positions are available at both hospitals, with shift availability (Day or Night) dependent on department needs. Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital is a 122-bed facility accredited by the Joint Commission, serving as Southwest Riverside County's only designated Trauma Center and a county-designated Paramedic Base Station. It offers services including a Bariatric Weight-Loss Surgery Center of Excellence and the region's only Total Joint Center. Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital is a 120-bed acute-care hospital featuring the region's only Pediatric Emergency Services team for children 14 and under, and the area's only OB/Emergency Department program with 24/7 on-site OB/GYN coverage. Its Childbirth Center is the largest in the region, and its Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is operated by Rady Children’s. Current nurses value the safe and supportive environment, the opportunity to provide excellent patient care, and the strong network of peer nurses and leaders. There are opportunities for career growth through programs like Charge, Supervisor, and Nurse Manager-in-training, as well as a nursing executive tract. UHS offers robust continuing education options, skills diversification, and career advancement opportunities.
