About The Position
As an RN Manager at Edgewood, you’ll supervise a team that provides residents with exceptional care. The role provides clinical oversight of resident care plans and ensures care delivery meets expectations. The position is at Edgewood Dominion, a 94-bed Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Offers of employment are contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.
Requirements
- Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Previous experience supervising staff.
- Pass a background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
- Passion and drive for helping others.
- Desire to continue learning and improving your skillset.
Nice To Haves
- Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as a supporting manager and provide training to a team of clinical staff.
- Provide clinical oversight of resident care plans.
- Ensure that the delivery of care meets expectations.
- Assess current and prospective residents.
- Assist in hiring clinical care staff.
- Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies.
