Lead and shape the daily operations of a dynamic inpatient unit, overseeing the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals with psychiatric and substance use disorders. In this role, you’ll drive the implementation and continuous evaluation of nursing practices across all hospital units—ensuring exceptional outcomes, fostering a collaborative team environment, and making a meaningful impact on patient recovery every day. The schedule for this role is either Monday – Thursday, 12p – 9p, OR Friday – Sunday, 9a – 9p St Simons By-the-Sea is a 101-bed behavioral health hospital specializing in psychiatric care and addiction treatment for both adults and adolescents. Requirements

Current license to practice nursing State of Georgia (or eligible to receive or renew)
Three years' supervisory experience required; inpatient setting preferred
Three years’ experience in mental health
Current CPI certification
Current CPR or BLS certification
