About The Position
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate and skilled nursing care within a Long Term Care setting during night shifts.
Requirements
- Active Colorado RN license or Compact RN license required
- BLS certification required
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Excellent teamwork and documentation abilities
Nice To Haves
- Long Term Care experience preferred
- Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation
- Provide patient and family education
- Support resident safety, comfort, and quality care standards
