About The Position
Hanover Hill Behavioral Health, a partnership of Universal Health Services & Lehigh Valley Health Network, is a modern 144-bed behavioral health facility that opened in Fall of 2025. It offers high-quality behavioral health care services for seniors, adults, and adolescents in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The facility is located in the Lehigh Valley, providing a region with numerous recreational activities and proximity to major cities like NYC and Philadelphia. This role offers 12 hours per week on Day shift between 7:00 am - 7:30 pm. The position is part of a large, nationwide network of peer nurses and nursing leaders, offering opportunities for growth, learning, and advancement through various training programs and robust continuing education options. Requirements
- Current license to practice nursing in PA (or eligible to receive or renew).
- Current CPR or BLS certification.

- Participating in continuing education and skills diversification.
- Growing and advancing in career through Charge, Supervisor, and Nurse Manager-in-training programs and nursing executive tract.
