We're hiring for full or part-time on 3rd shift in our Skilled Nursing facility, Maplewood Center.

Requirements

Current Wisconsin RN or LPN license in good standing.
Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

Providing direct nursing care while promoting resident dignity and independence.
Assessing resident needs and responding to changes in condition.
Administering medications and treatments accurately and safely.
Collaborating with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members.
Supervising and supporting nursing assistants to ensure exceptional resident care.
Communicating effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Helping create a positive, respectful environment where residents and team members thrive.
