About The Position
Friends Homes is hiring Full-Time RNs and LPNs for our overnight (3rd shift) team. As an RN or LPN at Friends Homes, you will provide high-quality care to residents in a long-term care setting, supporting both their physical and emotional well-being.
Requirements
- Current North Carolina RN or LPN license
- Current CPR certification (AHA or equivalent)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in long-term care or geriatrics
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor resident health and report changes in condition
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation, including MARs
- Supervise CNAs and support the care team
- Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary meetings
- Respond to emergencies and follow safety/infection control protocols
