Seasonal Registered Nurse (RN) - Central Staffing Office – Labor & Delivery (L&D) - PRN Days – Region A
About The Position
This is a seasonal Registered Nurse (RN) position for the Central Staffing Office, specifically for the Labor & Delivery (L&D) unit. The role is PRN (as needed) for day shifts and requires availability for 24 hours per week. The primary work location will be in Region A, although the Central Staffing Office is based in Arlington, TX. This position is not eligible for Full Time or Part Time benefits. The Central Staffing Office is an internal staffing department that provides clinical staffing resources for all Texas Health Resources (THR) hospitals. Flexibility to float throughout the Metroplex based on business needs is required, as the office is divided into regions.
Requirements
- Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
- Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency (Required)
- 5 Years experience with three years in the last five years as a Registered Nurse in area of specialty (Required)
- TX RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire (Required)
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support maintained every 2 years Upon Hire (Required)
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire (Required)
- AWHONN - Advanced Fetal Monitoring Upon Hire or IFM - Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Upon Hire (Required)
- NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program Upon Hire (Required)
- NRPA-Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Upon Hire (Required)
