Requirements

  • A licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to exceptional patient care.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • An effective communicator who enjoys collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Interested in building a long-term career in fertility, reproductive medicine, or women's health.

Responsibilities

  • Educating patients about fertility treatments, medications, and individualized care plans.
  • Coordinating IVF and fertility treatment cycles from start to finish.
  • Teaching medication administration, including injection training.
  • Triaging patient questions and providing timely follow-up care.
  • Collaborating closely with physicians, embryology, surgery center, laboratory, and billing teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Reviewing laboratory results and communicating next steps with patients.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Administering medications and injections as needed.
  • Providing compassionate emotional support to patients and their partners during every stage of treatment.
