About The Position

As a Nursing Supervisor in the ICU, you will provide leadership and operational oversight to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. You will coordinate daily unit operations, staffing, and resource allocation to support patient flow and clinical excellence. Requirements

  • RN license in applicable state
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
  • Typically 3+ years of inpatient nursing experience required
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage operations, staffing, and patient flow
