About The Position
Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients. Monitor and interpret vitals, EEG, and hemodynamic data. Manage complex equipment including ventilators, IV pumps, and monitors. Administer specialized medications and treatments. Collaborate with physicians and specialists to adjust treatment plans. Provide emotional support to families and maintain compassionate communication.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license in Virginia (or compact state).
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Critical thinking and ability to act quickly in life-saving situations
Nice To Haves
- Previous ICU or critical care experience preferred.
