About The Position
As a part of the Interdisciplinary Team working within the 40-bed unit, your care and treatment of these patients is an integral part of their Patient Experience. As a Registered Nurse, you would be caring for an adult behavioral health patient population.
Requirements
- 1 year of recent RN experience required
- RN Diploma, ASN required
- PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
Nice To Haves
- Behavioral Health experience highly preferred
- BSN preferred
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred
Responsibilities
- Caring for an adult behavioral health patient population.
- Participating in an Interdisciplinary Team.
- Joining hospital & system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program.
