MercyOne Genesis Infusion Center provides an outpatient and after-hours Infusion Center for patients needing infusion treatments. As a Registered Nurse at MercyOne, you will Provides and directs safe, effective, and culturally-competent care for adolescent through aging outpatients undergoing treatment for cancer and other medical conditions. Key accountabilities include assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidenced-based practice; management of pain, symptoms associated with treatment and illness, and quality of life; adherence to the Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA; and active participation in quality monitoring.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Basic Life Support Training
- Registered Nurse in Iowa
- No experience required.
Nice To Haves
- Baccalaureate in Nursing
- ONS Certification
Responsibilities
