We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our infusion therapy team. The Neuron Clinic provides specialized outpatient infusion therapy for patients with neurological and related conditions. Our infusion services support patients who require advanced therapies as part of their ongoing treatment plans. Our infusion nurses play an essential role in delivering safe, compassionate, and individualized care—from preparing patients for treatment and administering prescribed infusion therapies to monitoring for side effects or reactions and providing education and reassurance throughout the treatment experience. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in specialized neurological therapies while building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and their families. As an Infusion Therapy Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing safe, high-quality nursing care to patients receiving outpatient infusion treatments. You will work closely with our physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical team to ensure patients receive an exceptional treatment experience in a comfortable and supportive environment. Requirements

Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in an infusion center, outpatient clinic, neurology practice, specialty practice, or similar healthcare setting.
Experience administering IV medications and infusion therapies.
Experience recognizing and responding to infusion reactions or other changes in patient condition.
A desire to grow professionally and develop expertise in specialized neurological care.

Responsibilities

Administer prescribed infusion therapies in accordance with physician orders, clinical protocols, and nursing standards.
Assess patients before, during, and after treatment.
Monitor patients for side effects, adverse reactions, or changes in condition and respond appropriately.
Coordinate care with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other members of the clinical team.
Provide patient education regarding treatments, potential side effects, and follow-up care.
Accurately document treatments, assessments, patient responses, and changes in condition in the medical record.
Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming infusion environment.
Assist with medication preparation, inventory, and other infusion-related clinical responsibilities as needed.
Build trusting relationships with patients and provide compassionate support throughout their treatment journey.
Maintain compliance with clinic policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
