About The Position

Provides safe, quality care in the perioperative/procedural areas. Implements the nursing process; assessment, planning, implementation of nursing plan of care, and evaluation of patient response to care. Coordinates patient care planning with other hospital disciplines.

Requirements

• Current CA Registered Nurse License
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), or must be able to obtain within sixty (60) days from hire date
• One (1) year of acute care nursing experience
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Word Processing software

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• ONS/INS Membership/Certification
• Current Chemotherapy Administration Certification
• Moderate Sedation experience
• Knowledge of Det Norske Veritas (DNV)
• Bilingual in Spanish
