About The Position
TheKey is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for private-duty in-home senior care in the Delray/Boynton, FL area. This role offers 1-on-1 patient care away from the hospital setting, providing personalized nursing care directly to seniors in their homes. Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Active BLS Certification.
- Proven proficiency in peripheral IV placement, accessing ports, and PICC line care.
- Clear background screening via the Florida AHCA Clearinghouse.
- Strong clinical judgment, independence, and basic digital charting/computer skills.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive 1-on-1 skilled nursing care and monitoring during overnight hours based on individualized client care plans.
- Administer specialized nursing interventions within scope (PICC line management, port accessing, peripheral IV insertion).
- Support clients and families with health education, medication administration, and compassionate guidance.
- Complete timely clinical documentation and report status changes to interdisciplinary care teams.
- Participate in periodic case management conferences and team check-ins.
