Registered Nurse (RN) ICU
About The Position
The ICU RN provides direct and indirect patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Meets the physical, psychosocial, religious/cultural and needs of the patient and family. Communicate effectively with all members of the health care team as appropriate about changes in the patient’s condition or response to treatment. This role involves 12-hour shifts, either 0700-1930 or 1900-0730. The nurse will make an impact by utilizing specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. They will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage their skills and cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.
Requirements
- Current state RN license
- Bachelor's degree or Associate degree from an accredited nursing school
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
Nice To Haves
- One (1) to Two (2) years of ICU experience
