About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced critical care environment. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, the ability to respond effectively in high-pressure situations, and a commitment to excellence in patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of ICU / Critical Care experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience with: Conscious Sedation
- IV Insertion
- Phlebotomy
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN or ADN) from an accredited program
- Active New York State RN License
- License verification through NYSED
- AHA BLS (Basic Life Support)
- AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor patient conditions and assess vital signs, labs, and response to treatment
- Administer medications, including conscious sedation, as required
- Perform IV insertions and phlebotomy procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
