About The Position
We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Mission Hills, California. This role offers a structured night shift schedule in a fast-paced critical care environment, ideal for RNs looking to advance their acute care experience in a high-acuity setting.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- ICU experience required
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Strong critical care assessment and clinical skills
- Ability to work night shifts in a high-acuity environment
Nice To Haves
- Travel nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients and respond to changes in condition
- Administer medications, IV drips, and treatments as ordered
- Operate and manage advanced life-support equipment
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary ICU team members
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Educate patients’ families regarding care plans and progress
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to ICU protocols and standards
