Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU
About The Position
As a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Bryn Mawr Hospital, you will be an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team, providing care and treatment to patients within an 18-bed unit. You will be responsible for caring for a diverse patient population including medical/surgical, neuro, respiratory, and cardiac patients. This role offers opportunities for career development through certifications and advanced nursing degrees, supported by a Tuition Reimbursement Program. Additionally, you can become involved in hospital and system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program. Requirements
- One year+ of recent ICU Nurse experience required.
- RN Diploma, ASN required.
- PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred.
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide care and treatment to patients in an 18-bed Intensive Care Unit.
