About The Position

Staff Nurse (RN) at Adena Health provides professional nursing care through the application of nursing skills and processes to develop, implement, and evaluate patient’s plan of care. This role creates an atmosphere that supports the vision: To be our region's most trusted partner in healthcare. As the primary caregiver, the Staff Nurse, RN provides direct patient care and works collaboratively with other care team members, the physician, and the patient/family to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The incumbent has access to confidential patient information and makes decisions independently and in collaboration with others. The Staff Nurse, RN works under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and under the indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing.

Requirements

• Graduate of an Accredited Program in Nursing
• BLS
• Registered Nurse with Current Ohio License

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Effective 9/1/2022 for all New Hires - BSN required within 5 years.
